▎ 作品介紹


取自2022年「覓」— 拾未 木器展


「“覓” 字，

爪與眼合一行動。


這個動詞於我們而言蘊含著動物性的需求與直覺，

為現階段磨練自我的創作方式。


以往台灣木料我們大部分都是用柳杉和台灣杉；

這次展覽嘗試了其他新的臺灣木材，

製作時探索陌生的感受 ;

 切削木頭時傳來震動的手感、

「沙、沙、沙」的聲音、

飄散出的氣味。


每一種木材都不同，

讓這些感受去形塑作品。」

拾未

 

於2017年底成立至今，

由來自劇場演員與舞台設計的侯米，

以及在中美洲貝里斯木工廠研習木作工藝的泰瑞二人共同經營。


「順其自然地生活，撿拾未來。 

兩雙手勞動生活器物與家具。

期許透過反覆練習，實踐出與大地接氣的創作和生活。」
